An initial assessment call
I will understand your current health status, lifestyle, eating habits, work schedule, etc
Trimester-Specific Diet Plan
You will get a customized diet plan for each trimester. That is one diet plan for each trimester.
Training for essential nutrients and supplements
I will guide you as to what are the essential nutrients that should not be missed in each trimester
Regular Follow Up Calls
You will have a call with me every 15 days to make sure you are on track
